Our Massage Therapist at Adjust For Health, Julie, works her magic in a cosy, quiet and warm room dedicated to massage.  With a super comfortable massage bed and a well heated room, you will feel at ease and ready to relax.

 Massage Therapist

Our massage therapist, Julie, utilises a combination of remedial, Swedish and sports massage techniques in her massage treatments.  Using her experience and skill range, Julie customises her treatments to suit each client’s individual needs, allowing her to facilitate deep relaxation, opening of fascia, increased mobility and, reduction of stress and pain.  Julie’s style is firm, yet nurturing

Julie believes that massage is a self-healing practice for the management and reduction of stress, anxiety, tense fascia and muscles, pain, and postural imbalances.  Julie has a strong focus on the mind-body connection in regards to stress patterns and pain and is an enthusiastic and deeply caring practitioner.

In addition, Julie has a background in beauty and laser therapy furthering her ability to take a holistic approach to wellbeing, in order to provide the best outcome for her clients.

If you are after deep relaxation, remedial work, and muscle release in the mix of your day, then Julie is the therapist for you!
